I can smell it in the air…

The official CrossFit season is almost here!  If you were not aware, there is a world-wide CrossFit competition taking place starting March 6th.  People from all over the world will compete to see who amongst them can rise to be the fittest on earth.  Reebok CrossFit Back Bay participated last year in the team competition and it was an absolute blast.  Now we are looking forward to competing and doing even better this year.  The competition is designed so that everyone can participate and enjoy themselves.  Don’t worry if competing may seem like too much, this whole event is a fun time (fun time = hard workouts = yay!!!).  Though we are still far away, the time to prepare is now!  In the same spirits, today’s workout will be from last year’s Regionals competition.  Whether you are doing the L1 or the L2, you should be completely spent by the time you finish that last Hang Power Clean.  And in case you didn’t pick up on it, the actual time to beat is 7:57,
